As a real estate agent for over 10 years, I specialize in sales, purchases, and closing deals for my clients, solving even the most complex problems until the deal is completed.
I hold a real estate and construction license (General B) with a background in management and organization. I work with clients who want to sell their homes or buy residential or investment properties.
For clients purchasing a property for the first time, I serve as an advisor from the beginning of the loan application process through to the sale or purchase of the home. “When a client reaches out to me regarding an investment property, I go over several things with them, such as: budget, goals, costs, renovation prices, and the expected final profit, to ensure that the deal is worthwhile. I like to work with an Excel sheet to get more accurate numbers so I can have a better benchmark to know if the deal is worth it or not. And even after the purchase, I assist from the planning and architecture stage all the way to selling the property.”
For income properties, it’s important to look for a lot that fits well in location and shape so that it’s possible to add more rental units and ensure easy access to them. When selling a house, the goal is to get the seller “top dollar” within the shortest time possible, with a smooth selling process that’s free of stress, pressure, and excessive involvement throughout the journey.
As mentioned, many of my clients are looking to buy investment properties. Los Angeles is known for its consistently rising home prices, even after slowdowns and price drops, like during the early 2000s real estate crisis or the COVID-19 pandemic. The real estate market quickly bounced back each time.
To succeed in such a competitive market, real estate agents in Los Angeles need to invest more than just technical knowledge in buying or selling properties. They need to be well-versed in digital marketing, have a vast network of connections, and be able to deeply understand the local market. While the city’s real estate market is influenced by various factors, such as the local economic situation, urban planning restrictions, and future projections, a successful agent is someone who understands the big picture and can capitalize on the full potential of every area.
