Hi everyone, I’m Doreen – 41 years old, married, and a proud mom of three amazing boys.

I’ve been in real estate for over 10 years – working as an agent in Los Angeles, a developer, an investor, a licensed contractor, and a certified notary.

My journey started 20 years ago when I moved to the U.S. alone, with a one-way ticket and a lot of belief in myself.

I didn’t know exactly what was waiting for me, but I knew I came to build a life – and I did it through persistence, hard work, and a deep passion for real estate.

I grew up in a wonderful home with incredible parents and a mother who raised me to be independent and never rely on anyone else.

I’m a family-oriented person who loves being around people and building genuine relationhips.

What drives me to this day is a deep commitment to service.

I sit with my clients from the very first step – reviewing numbers, setting a budget, planning renovations or construction, and giving real, honest advice on what makes the most sense to maximize the property’s value – whether it’s for selling or renting.

My goal is to think like a buyer and act like an investor – to bring the best possible outcome for my clients.

The real estate market in Los Angeles is one of the most dynamic and challenging in the U.S. – with high demand, prime locations, and a very diverse population. But at the same time, it comes with complex regulations, fierce competition, and renovation or construction costs that require precise planning.
